•
You want to create cocktail videos but shy away from filming the process because you don’t know how to build a cocktail and you know that randomly throwing different spirits together does not make a good cocktail recipe.
•
The idea of expanding your creative portfolio with cocktails sounds like your favorite song, but the idea of spending all the time for another course, being scrappy with learning on YouTube or freebies, makes you want to hide in the bottom drawer of your props closet (the one you open once a year). You need a faster and clutter-free approach and you’re done with doing it all alone.

Meet your hosts
Suze Morrison
@gourmetglow
Hi I’m Suze, a Uk based professional food photographer, videographer, food stylist, chef and mixologist.
There is nothing I love more than nerding out over unique flavour pairings in both food and beverages, nature is my inspiration.
Knowledge of food science from my degree in Biological Sciences awakens me to the power of foraging to feed both body and soul.
This led me to train as a professional chef and level 2 WESET mixologist, giving me the ideal excuse to enjoy a sneaky cocktail every evening.
As the seasons shift you can find me wandering the hills with my soul mate, Peanut, my beautiful Romanian rescue dog, creating tinctures and ferments with whatever I can glean from nature’s bounty.
As an ambassador for global brands such as Lindt and Kenwood I have worked for numerous high end beverage brands, I feel honoured to be a collaborator for Capture One Editing software.

@useyournoodles
I’m a photographer and food photography educator, the brains behind the Food to Frame program. But would you believe that I aspired to be an architect for years?
Following my creative instincts led me to kick-start my food blog, Use Your Noodles, and that’s when I discovered that food photography is where I truly belong, allowing me to unleash my creativity and wild ideas.
My adventure in beverage photography took off when I was presented with the exciting opportunity to create commercial imagery for 100 different drink photos for a glass brand. It was my chance to level up and dive headfirst into commercial beverage photography which turned out to be a very well-sought skill which got me big local collaborations like Maraska in Pernod Richard.
Driven by my insatiable curiosity and desire to push my own boundaries, I honed my technical skills, making editing and retouching my superpowers. This expertise caught the eye of Lightroom, who honored me as their official collaborator.
We both know feeling the mix of fear and excitement right before you invest in yourself as a part of your business. We bet this is not the first retreat that called your name, but this one is calling you with your name written in CAPS. Isn’t it?
Just like most of ambitious photographers, you’re more than willing to invest into the camera upgrade, new macro lenses and another set of handmade ceramics. But you’re not like the most of people. You’re ready for more: for deep dive mentoring, learning premium skills and for real-life connection with creatives in the magical world of food & beverage photography.
And now it’s time to invest in YOU: your knowledge, skills, your network of people and the revived inspiration that comes from traveling in beautiful whimsical locations.
We wholeheartedly believe that exploring new services you can offer to your clients is what sets you apart. We are always finding ways to diversify income as creatives. We can be the living proof how mixology, premium drink photography and videography are big pieces in our puzzle of career success.
The joy of living in ‘togetherness’
Sure, us creatives need to have a lot of ‘alone time’ to hear our voice, ground our idea flow, develop creative visions and bring them to life.
But feeling like a hermit is the unintended side effect, arising from not meeting new people in person.
The people we see the most are our family and the delivery guy, bringing us yet another backdrop order (because the 53 beige backdrops we own are not enough).
Let’s step out of our isolated mode together in a beautiful, inspiring place.
We’re meant to meet, bounce our ideas off each other and share some epic fails to have a good laugh together!
We can’t wait to meet you in person in the charming English country house and sit next to the fireplace together, sipping cocktails (we have special retreat cocktails developed especially for this event), playing board games, and learning all the amazing stuff that will explode your skills.
Before signing up, make sure to read terms and conditions.
