By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN LIVE ONLINE WORKSHOPS
Anja Burgar s.p. (herein referred to as “Company”) agrees to provide Live Online Workshops. As a condition of participating in the Live Online Workshops, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.
As part of the Program, the Company shall provide the following to Client:
A Password Protected Program Area: The Company shall maintain a Program Area that will include video, audio and written lessons, templates, worksheets, checklists, guides, bonus material, or other training and support information. You shall have access to this Live Online Workshop Area:
- for a specified period of time (specified on the sales page and checkout page) if you purchase a ticket with a limited-time replay option.
- for as long as the Program Area exists if you purchase a tisket with a lifetime replay option. In the event that Company intends to close the Program Area, it shall provide clients with a 90 day notice and the ability to download the resources contained in the Program Area, which is what is referred to as “Lifetime Access” in our marketing materials.
Live Online Workshop Participant Facebook Group: The Company shall create and maintain a closed Facebook group for students of the Live Online Workshop (“the Live Online WorkshopFacebook Group”). The Live Online WorkshopFacebook Group shall be open to Live Online Workshoppurchasers only. This is a community-run group, meaning that students are encouraged to help each other.
FEES
In consideration of Your access to the Program, you agree to pay the following fees.
For the Live Online Workshop, you may choose between different payment options without any payment-plan options. You will be charged the entire fee immediately, as stated on the checkout page and nothing more.
PAYMENT METHOD
We only accept payments done through PayPal.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the Live Online Workshop, we do not offer refunds, with one exception. If you change your mind before any live event for the Live Online Workshop occurs, you are eligible for a refund. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by Anja Burgar s.p. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds for requests made after the Live Online Workshop sessions occur live.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN FOOD TO FRAME COURSE
Anja Burgar s.p. (herein referred to as “Company”) agrees to provide Program, “Food To Frame” (herein referred to as “Program”) identified in online commerce shopping cart. As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.
As part of the Program, the Company shall provide the following to Client:

You shall have access to this Program Area for as long as the Program Area exists. Program Participant Facebook Group: The Company shall create and maintain a closed Facebook group for students of the Program (“the Program Facebook Group”). The Program Facebook Group shall be open to course purchasers only. This is a community-run group, meaning that students are encouraged to help each other.
FEES
In consideration of Your access to the Program, you agree to pay the following fees.
For the Program, you may choose between a single payment of 447€ (due immediately) or 2 monthly payments of 269€. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment immediately and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following 1 payment on a monthly basis, for a total payment of $538. If you opt for monthly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy set forth below. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company shall immediately suspend your access to the Program.
PAYMENT METHOD
If you elect for the payment plan, You hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.
If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or your program access will be removed. Note: we only currently accept Paypal or Bank transfer.
If you do not request a refund within the terms of the program with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan and you understand that your membership will automatically continue and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect any and all outstanding receivables, using any eligible payment method we have on record for your account.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the information in the course. The Company provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for the Program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days of the first module being released, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 11:59 EST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 14th day, you will not be granted a refund.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
Requirement 1: Complete and attach the results of Exercise #1 to #4 from Module 1.
Requirement 2: Complete and attach the results of Exercise #1 to #4 from Module 2.
Requirement 3: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your business needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 14 days following the release of the first module. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

FEES
The price for each accommodation stated on this site is the full registration fee and includes everything displayed on the site. Split payments are possible in two installments. In case of a split pay, we charge an extra 10% of the full price. The prices listed are per person.

REFUNDS AND OTHER TEMRS
No refunds are available. However, you can find someone to fill your space; in this case, you are in charge of the money transfer between you and the fill-in student.
Transport to and from the location of the retreat is not included in the registration fee.
We do not offer travel insurance and recommend attendees get their own before traveling.
In case of any Covid restrictions and limitations, we may require additional documentation from attendees and implement specific covid-restricting measures.
We reserve the right to change the retreat schedule while maintaining all the lessons and topics of discussion. We reserve the right to cancel the outdoor photoshoot due to bad weather or other issues.

3. Delivery Terms
Due to the nature of the producs in our store, no shipping will be charged.
If the purchased product includes files, they will be delivered to you via a link to the email address provided at the time the order was made. For any delivery issues please contact us at anja(at)useyournoodles.eu.
4. Payment Terms
Parties agree on prepayment of the goods. In case of payments on sent invoices the purchase price shall be due and payable within the number of days after the receipt of the invoice as stated in the invoice.
5. Billing Information Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide curent, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and email linked to your Paypal account , so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The selling price are in euros / € and shall be the listed price effective on the day of order resp. the price of the according offer. All prices quoted by the Supplier are exclusive of VAT unless stated expressly otherwise.

8. Refunds And Returns Policy
Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back.
9. Dispute Clause
Any dispute relating to any activity on Use Your Noodles or the purchase of any Use Your Noodles products or services shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Slovenia, unless you have in some way threatened or violated Use Your Noodles’s intellectual property rights, whereby Use Your Noodles may seek an injunctive.
EU residents may resolve any dispute via Online Dispute Resolution.
10. Intellectual Property / Copyrights
Your purchase of one of our products constitutes our granting to you of a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and access that product for the purpose of your own personal use and reference, and print or convert the product to an image or vector format for your own storage, retention and reference (the “purpose”). You agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any product other than for the aforesaid purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share or otherwise distribute any of our products, whether modified or not, to any third party. You agree not to use any of our products in a way which might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation.
The products, whether modified or not, and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein, are and shall at all times remain our sole and exclusive property.
